Account Representative

AccessECM is looking for a driven, focused, energetic, and competitive entry-level salesperson who is interested in growing a pipeline, the company, and their careers. In this role, you will be helping to spearhead a consulting sales initiative which will aim to create new business opportunities.

You will learn various sales skills that will inevitably grow you as a professional and prove valuable throughout the entirety of your career. From learning how to speak to decisions makers (C-level executives, VPs, Directors, etc.), to building targeted lists, and writing effective outreach emails, you will gain the knowledge necessary to drive sales and revenue as a 21st century sales professional.

We will give you the training and one-on-one time necessary to grow the skills needed to pick up the phone and speak confidently and intelligently, while also encouraging you to try new techniques to refine your approach.

Position Description

  • Learn to use prospecting tools and build targeted lists
  • Make cold outreaches daily via phone and email to surface new business opportunities
  • Uncover prospect’s needs by gaining an understanding of their role, environment, and pain points
  • Become familiar with our CRM in order to track activities and capture conversation notes to influence future interactions
  • Learn about new complex IT solutions and services that change the way companies do business
  • Set meetings with decision makers in order to grow pipelines and drive revenue
  • Interact with team members regularly to develop new approaches and messaging
  • Craft effective and thought provoking emails to compliment your calling efforts
  • Sit shotgun on demonstrations to learn the product and sales cycle
  • Find creative ways to be effective and achieve quotas

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in communications, marketing, or business
  • Competitive mentality and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to think creatively and have a hunger to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstration of dedication to achieving excellence in some form or fashion
  • Must be proactive in achieving tasks and communicating with prospects and team members
